1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Go-Batar website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking Terms

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

2.2 Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before the tour departure date
Payment methods accepted include credit cards and bank transfers
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of cancellation request

3. Tour Participation

3.1 Participant Requirements

All participants must have a valid motorcycle license for Enduro tours
Participants must be in good physical condition and disclose any medical conditions
Minimum age requirements apply to certain tours (typically 18+)
Travel insurance covering medical evacuation is strongly recommended

3.2 Safety and Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions from guides and staff
Reckless or dangerous behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund
Participants are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by negligence
Alcohol consumption during active riding periods is strictly prohibited

4. Liability and Insurance

Go-Batar provides professional tour services, but participants acknowledge that adventure activities carry inherent risks:

Participants engage in activities at their own risk
Go-Batar is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in tours
Participants must have adequate travel and medical insurance
Equipment damage deposits may be required and are refundable upon safe return of equipment

5. Changes and Cancellations by Go-Batar

We reserve the right to:

Modify or cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings
Substitute accommodations or services with equivalent alternatives
Change itineraries due to road conditions or other circumstances beyond our control
In case of cancellation by us, full refunds will be provided

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Go-Batar website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Go-Batar and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Respect intellectual property rights

8. Force Majeure

Go-Batar is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mongolian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
